The gear holder under the build plate is broken. Does anyone have a fix or suggestion how to fix it?
after a lot of emails I got mine replaced under warranty, which is much recommended approach as the belt and pulley may get worn down from having run misaligned.
I doubt superglue will hold long, but it might hold long enough to print one of the two options below
But as that took a small eternity I made a printed part to hold and tension the pulley to the front of the x assembly
this was made by someone else later
Thank you bjorn, I actually stumbled upon your solution after doing this post. I will try it out while I wait for the warranty to be resolved.
