Hey there guys, im new to 3d printing and after doing a lot of reasearch and finding a printer fro the right price i decided on a cetus 3d.
Was just wondering if there is any news on shipping to the EU (uk specifically), i kinda of find the lack of information on shipping a bit disconcerning.
I know they are due to ship somtime in november so hopefully soon.

got an email today regarding my mkII europe preorder.
Shipping will be delayed a little bit because of customs. They should begin to ship arround 15.11 from their UK warehouse.
The UK warehouse it's correct for Italy? This warehouse have customs costs?

My understanding is that while the UK is still part of the EU there isn't any import duty on goods shipped from the EU.
I ordered a drone (expensive one) from Italy ~18 months ago and I don't think it even had a customs declaration on it.

Anything shipped within the EU doesn't have any customs charges. So you won't get any additional customs when it is shipped from the UK to Italy!

I'm from Italy, i bought it from the chinese warehouse on november 8th, how long does it usually take to ship? Should i expect crazy high taxes?

I have bought the "Cetus 3D printer MK2 Extended" on 10/11/17 selected the UK store from the drop down menu, to be delivered in EU (Portugal) the order was processed on the 14/11/17 and just got delivered today 20/11/17.
I just have to add that the packaging was really good the printer arrived in perfect condition I have just initialized the unit and I will do more tests tomorrow.

I've got a reply from the support, that UK store will be restocked in 1.5-2 month. My order is still in "processing", order was made on 16/11/17.
