Hi all, just bought the UP300 and am very happy so far, love the print quality, UPStudio is easy to get along with and really looking forward to exploring the machine. While I find the filament loading process a bit fiddly, it seems the angles to get into and through the feed tube and into the print head are fussy I am sure I will get use to it. Main disappointment to date was a bur on the edge of the supplied scraper that has cut some scratches into the perf board, 
my fault for not checking it I guess but perhaps there is a QC process needed here to make sure the supplied tools are fit for purpose.
