Ordered 6 rolls of PLA filaments with my Cetus MKII Extend, and all 6 rolls arrived with broken seal bag!
The cardboard box is unopened by custom and looks fine from outside without any punctured hole, so they most be like that before being shipped.
The bags all looks like either being dragged on the gound for a long time or being thrown around with other sharp object to cause the broken vacuum seal.
With the weather now, all the filaments are soaked with moisture for sure.
I just contacted support, lets see how they deal with this disaster :(
