When I try to print with the UP300, I encounter the error shown in the attached image, “Failed to decompress files”,and it doesn’t work. Referring to other threads, I suspect it might be an issue with the touch panel firmware, so I attempted to update it via USB, but I encountered a decompression error with the update file and couldn’t complete the firmware update. Should I ask for a paid repair?
